Store operator and scope

Usvirelo™ and usvirelo.com are operated by Shanghai Kexinzhixuan Network Technology Co., Ltd.. References to “Usvirelo,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refer to this company.

These Terms govern purchases, together with our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Payment & Security, and Privacy Policy. Website access is also governed by our Terms of Use.

Eligibility and accurate information

To place an order independently, you must be at least 18 or have reached the age required to enter a binding contract where you live. Otherwise, a parent or guardian must be involved. Provide accurate billing, shipping, payment, and contact information and use only payment methods you are authorized to use.

Products and descriptions

Usvirelo™ sells home décor and crystal décor, primarily crystal trees and crystal sculptures. Materials, dimensions, weight, components, and intended use are described on the individual listing. Product names and collection themes do not mean that every component is natural crystal.

Natural crystal and stone can vary in color, veining, inclusions, transparency, shape, and texture. Hand-assembled designs may also vary slightly in arrangement. These differences are part of the material or construction and are not automatically defects. This does not excuse damage, incorrect materials, or a product that is materially different from its description.

Decorative symbolism

References to love, harmony, prosperity, positive energy, or similar concepts describe symbolism or aesthetic context. Products are not offered as medical treatments or as guarantees of financial, psychological, or other personal outcomes.

Prices, taxes, and payment

Prices are in USD unless another currency is clearly shown. Checkout displays applicable item prices, discounts, shipping, collected taxes, and the total before payment. Payment methods depend on those offered at checkout. Banks or providers may impose separate fees.

Payment authorization or verification may be required. Import charges not expressly included at checkout are addressed in our Shipping Policy.

Orders, acceptance, and availability

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. Availability, payment authorization, and verification may still be reviewed. We may decline or cancel an order for unavailable stock, suspected fraud, a material listing error, legal restrictions, or other legitimate reasons.

If an accepted order cannot be fulfilled, we will notify you and refund amounts collected for the canceled items. We will not charge a corrected higher price or substitute a materially different product without your agreement.

Shipping and risk of delivery issues

Normal processing is 2–4 business days, or up to 5 in busy periods. Standard U.S. transit is generally 10–15 business days after dispatch. Estimates are not guarantees. Fulfillment may involve designated partners and separate shipments.

See our Shipping Policy for address eligibility, charges, tracking, delays, and loss investigations. A delivered tracking status does not automatically prevent review of a missing-package claim.

Cancellations and changes

Email service@usvirelo.com as soon as possible to request cancellation or an address change. We will make reasonable efforts to help before fulfillment begins. Changes or cancellation cannot be guaranteed once processing, packing, or shipment preparation has started. No cancellation fee is charged for an order successfully canceled before fulfillment.

Returns, damage, and refunds

Eligible return requests must be made within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery. Please report damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete deliveries within 7 calendar days, without limiting mandatory rights. Preference-based return shipping is generally the customer’s responsibility; confirmed errors attributable to us are resolved without additional costs caused by that error. No restocking fee applies to approved returns.

Once an approved return has been received, inspected, and approved for a refund, we normally initiate the eligible refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may need additional time to post the credit.

Product handling and use

Follow the description, supplied instructions, and care information for your item. Place decorative objects on stable surfaces and handle crystal points, glass or stone bases, and delicate branches with care. Keep small or sharp components away from children and pets. Decorative products are not toys.

If a product is sold as a candle holder, use only the candle type and operating conditions allowed by its specific instructions. Do not assume every crystal object is suitable for flame, heat, food contact, or outdoor use.

Promotions and business purchases

Promotions may have stated dates, exclusions, minimum spend, or other eligibility conditions. Confirm discounts before paying. Contact us before placing unusually large orders, wholesale orders, or resale purchases. A purchase does not authorize a buyer to represent itself as an official Usvirelo™ distributor or partner.

Intellectual property and customer content

Our branding and original content are owned by, licensed to, or lawfully used by the operator to the extent protected by law. Purchasing an item does not transfer rights to reproduce protected branding or content.

If you submit a review or other content for publication, ensure it is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe others’ rights. You grant a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to host, display, reproduce, and format that submission for operating and promoting the store, subject to applicable law and privacy choices. Unlawful, misleading, abusive, infringing, or irrelevant content may be moderated.

Third parties and events outside reasonable control

Shopify, payment providers, carriers, fulfillment partners, and other providers support store operations. Their services may have their own terms. Severe weather, customs delays, transport disruptions, technical outages, or other events outside reasonable control can affect performance. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate and resolve affected orders; this does not remove mandatory rights or refund obligations.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, store services are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated or legally required. To that same extent, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages. No provision excludes or restricts rights, warranties, remedies, or liabilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded or restricted.

Disputes, severability, and updates

Applicable law, including mandatory consumer protections relevant to your transaction or location, applies. Contact service@usvirelo.com first if a dispute arises so we can seek a good-faith resolution. This does not prevent either party from exercising available legal remedies.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A delay in enforcement does not waive a right. Updates will be posted with a revised date; generally, the version in effect when you submit an order governs that transaction unless applicable law requires otherwise.
